Working with a stealth-mode startup, LCS guided the development of a go-to-market (GTM) strategy and refined their ideal customer profile (ICP) for a digital platform addressing sleep-related conditions. We identified market opportunities, engaged key stakeholders, and aligned their value proposition to meet the needs of payors and self-funded employers. This work positioned the startup for a successful launch and empowered them to establish meaningful partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Presenting a scalable commercial plan was a critical factor in enabling this stealth-mode organization to secure $15 million in funding.
