Joining the post-acquisition transition team of a $37 billion medical equipment company, LCS provided guidance on the commercial viability of a newly acquired digital startup’s offerings. The company, a global leader in cloud-connectable medical devices, sought to assess the startup’s market potential and align its solutions with broader strategic goals. LCS evaluated the startup’s existing products, identified market opportunities, and recommended strategies to enhance their commercial impact. My contributions helped the organization integrate the startup’s capabilities effectively and position its digital solutions for potential success in the global marketplace.
